📦 Return & Refund Policy

At C.I.N. Gifts, we strive to ensure every product you receive brings joy, meaning, and purpose to your life. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with grace and clarity.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Because many of our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color or design preference

Please double-check product descriptions, sizing charts, and images before completing your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing issue:

  1. Email us at support@cinministry.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll respond within 48 hours and either replace the item at no cost or issue a refund where applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. However, if you received the wrong item or size due to our error, we’ll make it right.

 Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect items sent

  • Verified production defects

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
