At C.I.N. Gifts, our goal is to deliver your faith-filled products with care and clarity. Because many of our items are made-to-order and fulfilled through trusted production partners, shipping times may vary depending on the item and your location.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email.

🌍 Shipping Times (Estimated)

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Custom delays or local carrier issues may affect delivery.

🛠️ Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple production partners, your items may arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry — we’ll send tracking for each shipment.

📦 Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout and based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

🛑 Shipping Limitations

We currently ship to most countries. However, we are unable to ship to:

  • Military addresses (APO/FPO)

  • Some restricted or embargoed countries

If your package is delayed beyond the typical window or marked as delivered but not received, please:
